Dining at Wagyu Katana in Asakusa was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt intimate, elevated, and so welcoming.
The wagyu was unreal, perfectly marbled, buttery, and cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite melted in my mouth. You can truly taste the quality and care behind every cut. The presentation was beautiful, and the entire experience felt thoughtful and intentional.
What made it even more special was the hospitality. Malik and Riho were incredible, warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so comfortable and took the time to explain the different cuts and preparation. It didn’t just feel like dinner, it felt like an experience.
If you’re in Asakusa and want premium wagyu in a setting that feels both high-end and personal, this is the place. I would come back in a heartbeat.
